How to increase the Java Heap Size for OC4j instance (Oracle Application Server)
It is recommended that you increase the heap size -Xmx and -Xms by :
1. backup the opmn.xml
2. edit the opmn.xml and replace the old value with the new value
3. restart the whole Oracle Application Server
