Cause:

The issue is the package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB was invalid.

Solution:

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1) Run APPSORA.env
2) Compile the package PA_PROJ_TASK_STRUC_PUB.
3) Run the sql's manually

$ sqlplus apps/apps @paupgr46.sql
