Cause:

This can happen if you have created a new server with an IP address you had previously used on a different server.

Solution:

To remove this message, simply open a new terminal window and enter the following command (where IPADDRESS is your server's IP address):

ssh-keygen -R "you server hostname or ip"

or

Remove/move the file known_hosts in .ssh of home directory of that user
