The issue is caused by an inadequate memory allocation for jvm.
Solution:
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Using OAM or Editcontext modify the java memory parameters in the xml file. These are
s_jvm-options
s_adjreopts
s_adjriopts
Set them all to 512
2. Run Autoconfig.
3. Restart the patch.
